   Natasha made us feel welcome right from our first meeting. She helped put our ideas into the existing footprint with a few rearrangements of appliances. Her knowledge was priceless. Natasha made the designing process so easy with her recommendations and ideas. We appreciated her involvement as she was clear and erudite throughout the process. Natasha's final design from tile suggestions, to cabinet colours and draw/cupboard installations was fantastic. Everything we ever wanted. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and thanks to Natasha we will be able to enjoy our new kitchen with friends and family for a very long time.

   What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The end result looks amazing. Natasha designed a practical and beautiful kitchen keeping within our budget and yet still with the added extras that have made life so much easier. Our installation team were professional and their craftmanship top notch and were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. All the other trades people that were recommended by Kitchen Studio did an excellent job. We have said that if we were ever to move and needed another kitchen refurbishment, we would have no hesitation in calling in Kitchen Studio.

The end result is a truly beautiful and functional kitchen that we love working in. Form and function - huge tick! There will always be things that don't go totally according to plan, and everyone we dealt with at Kitchen Studio North Shore worked hard to resolve any issues.    Staff member visited to check out what we might have in the refurbishing of our kitchen after flooding. Senstive to our situation and helpful suggestions. Installation was on the due date given us. Installers were on time and easy to have in the house and discussed each stage with us.Recommend Kitchen Studio based on our experience.

   Kitchen Studio recently completed our kitchen, Michael, our designer made some great suggestions to improve our worktop problems and lighting which was inadequate as well as listening and incorporating our requirements into the kitchen design. We now have a kitchen that functions perfectly, as well as looking fantastic. Dylan, who fitted the kitchen had a great eye for detail and came even though he had to navigate landslips and traffic queues due to the floods in the area. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Studio and in particular Michael as their designer and Dylan as their fitter.

   I made contact with kitchen studio at the North Shore home and garden show.Their designer Michael visited my home at no cost, listened and came up with some great ideas. I then went to the studio to see the computer model of my new kitchen and the products that I could choose from actually installed. All this gave me confidence to go ahead. The delivery and installation schedule was seamless and checks were made by the designer and installer to make sure I was happy. I am very pleased with the finished kitchen. Thanks to all the team. I would definitely recommend Kitchen studio.

   A final progress comment for this project. My kitchen is now fully completed! Although it's still small, but it's cosy bright and modern. I am very satisfied. I believe Kitchen Studio has done their best for my kitchen, they have magically transitioned it from an old style to a modern and half open plan completely new look! I would like to say a big thank you to the Kitchen Studio Northshore Director Paul Collins. He followed my case by himself, visited the site several times. He is an excellent leader and a quick decision maker. From my experience that in his business he definetly put customer first as well as providing the highest quality of the design and products. I also would like to say thank you for my designer Nisa. She is very patient person. She provided me 3 options of the design and modified all the details to fit my need. I have just experienced from an unhappy customer to a super satisfied customer. This could only happen in the Kitchen Studio Northshore. No wonder it is the most trusted brand in NZ! I would strongly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore to my friends, family and clients. _______________________________________________________________________ A quick update with the progress. After I posted a comment on 30/06/2020. The director of the Kitchen Studio Northshore Paul straight away sent me emails, messages and gave me phone calls. He met me on site the next day morning. I was very impressed with his efficient. Paul was very patient. He listened my story and proposed a few solutions straight away. The next day, he followed up my case and insisted to come over again next week to make sure things are under the right direction. Very good customer service and excellent leadership. So far I am satisfied with the solution. I rate 3 stars for now and we will see how it goes when everything is fully finished. Posted on 30/06/2020 Super disappointed with the schedule. Fully paid the fees on time. Started the job on 5/05/2020, but I was told today that I still have to wait till 22/07/2020 to get my splash back glass installed. They haven't even measured it yet. All these days my kitchen is just sealed and pending there. Not acceptable and it is misleading to me. Especially at the begining I was told by the designer that I am not able to use the kitchen for only 1 week, but now it has been over a month. My builder told me that the entire house renovation is gonna finish this week. However, my kitchen is still on the way. Electrician is not able to install the switch and connect all the appliances till the splash back glass is installed. Gave them a call, I was trying to ask them to speed it up and solve the problem. The explanation from the manager was: bench is not installed yet, it takes time. Only bench is installed then they can measure the splash glass. My debate is, you contracted with the builder to install my kitchen, it is your responsibilities to follow up the whole schedule and delivery the services. Never over promise anything. I told the manager that I am not going to recommend kitchen studio to my friends and family. I was questioned back from him: so what other brands can you recommend? Ummm, arrogant. I am trying to be nice to hide all these names. I hope it is only just me had a bad experience. The others have better experiences from the kitchen studio.

   Natasha helped design a timeless kitchen for our new build farmhouse, north of Wellsford. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave great ideas and knowledgeably shared information about products on the market we could consider. If she believed we would regret a decision we were making she took time to explain why it wouldn't work, but at all times she was collaborative and we are pleased we took her advice. Natasha was supported by Jason, a professional installer, and the office staff who communicated the stage of the install and made the process smooth, especially challenging for the team - given our kitchen was installed before and after the Covid lockdown. We would highly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore thinking of renovating or installing a new kitchen. .
