   I had a custom headboard made for my bed. The staff were very helpful at taking down all of my measurements and allowing me to make the headboard exactly as I wanted, based on a combination of their in-store designs and a photo of another headboard I had. I chose the height, depth, shape, and panel width. I could choose between struts or floor length. They had an excellent high-quality fabric selection and I was able to find just the right fabric. The delivery to Napier was affordable and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The communication was great. I highly recommend Elegant Furniture. The cost for the custom headboard was also cheaper than many off-the-shelf headboards I had seen. I’ll be buying from them again in future.

   Honestly one of the best places to purchase a bed from. We initially purchased the bed under the assumption that it would fit through our door and we were wrong. After a bit of talking with the owner and the salesperson they personally came to our house to take a look for themselves as to why it wouldn’t fit. They personally went back and remade the whole bed so it could fit into our house and came to deliver it as well. There were obvious hassles through the order however both the owner and the salesperson helped tremendously and made sure the bed was set in our room the way we wanted. While they may be a bit more expensive compared to other rest assured your money is going to a place where they hand make these and deliver them right to your bedroom. Thank you

They have shown highest quality of customer satisfaction with not only their product but also the care and professionalism they put into my experience. They were very flexible and made it suitable for me and my situation with payments toward the bed. Communication was excellent as they made it very convenient to talk and message through Facebook (as I found the product as well as the company through Facebook Market). The guys that arrived were very prompt and precise with the delivery as well as with the assembly. The bed itself is high quality, aesthetically pleasing, and the material and design of the bed is amazing!
