“Lisa makes excellent coffee and outstanding baked goods. The magic slice is a masterpiece and the carrot cake and ginger loaf are also amazing. She is also super friendly and welcoming. We bring our own cups and she happily accommodates that. It's a lovely place to sit on a nice day looking over the Milford marina.”

“After reading and hearing all the amazing feedback from the local community, I had to try a Burger and Chips. The Chicken Burger was Huge and full of Real ingredients, I went with the Chicken Aloha Burger. The seasoning was perfect, the flavor combinations with bacon and pineapple were exciting and filling! *Real Chicken lovely and Tender, the salad components all fresh and crispy. I couldn't finish all the chips myself, the aoli sauce just topped it all off well. Highly Recommend!! If your passing through Hellensville, pop in and try one of their meals. Delicious and Fresh !!”

“Well, this little café is an absolute GEM!!! We have been here a few times now and love it!!! The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. My mom in law is visiting from South African so we took her for a breakfast. She had the half portion Cezwe Grill and said if that's the half portion she will never finish the full portion. This is now our breakfast spot. Well done to all the staff.”

“This was a great meal to end our time in New Zealand. The restaurant has a nice and calm atmosphere and the service was excellent. The fish and chips meal was great and the vanilla latte and feijoa kombucha were the perfect topper to a wonderful meal. (I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the meal!)”

“I lived across the road for about 8 months and frequently visited Vero Cafe. I can honestly say it's my favourite Cafe in Auckland! The owners are very friendly and the food is fantastic. Sitting outside in the sun and enjoying their delicious all-day breakfast and great coffee was the highlight of my day.”

Always there to charge ya vape, quick to refill your drink happily and have a pack of cards handy along with many board games. Looking to park yourself up for some drinks? Defs recommend 39!”

They also have outstanding selection of cakes and slices, all made on site! The team here are so hospitable, warm and welcoming. Everything you could want from a cafe and more. “Lovely cafe in Grafton. Friendly staff. Awesome portion sizes, crumbed mushrooms were delicious! Can understand why the cafe is called Fluff as the toasted bread is def fluffy & is so pleasant to devour! The house made sodas are perfect, just the right amount of flavour (feijoa & apple pulp with a hint of grapefruit) & fizz. Highly recommend this cute cafe.”

“Friendly, delicious and gorgeous food and drinks, and fantastic coffee-- we loved it so much we went back every morning during our stay in Auckland. We tried a ton of different things are they were all amazing: hallloumi, chorizo hash, hotcakes, apple crumble, lemon bar. And the coffee drinks can compete with some of the best back in Seattle-- we loved the flat white and tall black, the latte, and the hot chocolate and vanilla fluffy were hits with the kids.”

“It's a quaint little area with a small space to hang out with the cats, but what it lacks in flair it makes up for in cats. They're very happy and friendly, one of them even made the jump up to sit on my shoulders. Highly recommend”

“In the heart of Auranga is a boutique cafe, Better Way. Owned by a lovely couple Nick and Peony, they serve the finest Allpress coffee along with a selection of Noble & Savage teas. There’s a small selection of sweet and savoury goods, definitely need to try the cookies if you’re around. Did I mention they also have Duck Island Ice cream!!!?? What’s better than visiting Auranga getting duck island Ice cream!”

“stopped in for dinner on our way home from watching the ALL BLACKS and i must say the owners are absolutely beautiful people, food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly i would highly recommend the food was delicious and will definitely be back. this place is a must especially if you get into photography aswell the owners both have some awsome photography work on display on the walls and in a few published books our whanau throughly enjoyed it ❤️”
