Incredible vibes and easily the best shisha in Auckland. The food is always fresh and authentic, especially the Shawarma Arabi. Perfect spot to hang out with friends late into the night!
Rotana is hands down one of the best restaurants in Auckland. The food is consistently incredible — full of flavour, fresh, and always beautifully presented. Their shisha is easily some of the best you’ll find, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every visit feels like a taste of home and a reminder of true Middle Eastern hospitality. Highly recommend!
My partner and I ordered a large quantity of food. Everything blew our minds! From the flavours and quality of food to the exceptionally welcoming service. We got a whole table of food, drinks and 3 desserts for under $100 dollars. 10/10 will definitely come back.
Have driven past this place everyday and finally made time to pop in. Group of 8 we did not have a booking but they were happy to accommodate. Food was quick and beautiful filled with different spices and sauces which I thoroughly enjoyed. Setting is nice and low key, friendly staff we were welcomed and checked on by staff throughout our visit. Looking forward to returning to try some of the beautiful desserts I had seen inside. As per recommendation from social media influencers. Local to our neighborhood, we tried this place. First time and won't be the last. Plenty of areas to dine and conversate. The dining areas are secluded from the public eye in a distinct covered well lit setting for the evening. Food is amazing, full of flavour, spices on chicken on point. Nothing to fault. The owner very attentive and welcoming to new patrons. Will definitely be back to try other items of menu eg desserts.

Beautiful venue, delicious food and well made Shisha. I’m so happy a place like this has opened out these ways. Yum Mediterranean food, and amazing mock tails! So many vibes - the perfect place for a meal and a wind down. Very good service, 10/10 I’ll be back!

Decided to try this place out and will definitely be making this our regular spot!!! The staff there were so welcoming and the food was delicious. We tried most things on the menu including the mocktails and everything was beautifully prepared. Highly recommend the roast chicken dish and the strawberry surprise mocktail
