My hairdresser is Jessica who has been my hairdresser for 7 years and I have now followed her to Vivo, as I would not have anyone else doing my hair. She not only is so professional, but she also listens, take notice, very friendly, is up to date with every need of her clients. Thank you, Jessica, for an amazing JOB as per normal. In all my years of having different hairdressers, I could never imagine having any other hairdresser other than Jessica from Vivo at Smells farm. Sometimes I'm not the easiest client but Jessica explains everything to me more than once until I realize that a fantastic hairdresser like Jessica knows best.”

“Popped in for a facial to use a voucher I got for my birthday and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. I was so grateful to get a last minute appointment, the lady on reception was lovely and so was my skilled therapist Lora. I’ve turned 60 & noticing a few things are changing, one being my hair… The colour, cut & style plus I have to admit a few bald patches of which can be quite noticeable so I booked into Vivo Alexandra Park. Knowing it was going to cost yet let’s face it…if you want time & quality be prepared to pay. I had an in-depth consultation with my stylist CORNE’ who explained each process. I’ve never had this attention to detail… Corne was absolutely marvelous & having such a difficult colour to change I knew it was going to be a process. I know we haven’t finished, yet after the first visit I’m definitely going back…it took a few hours, great conversation & coffee & totally worth every cent…of which break down each hour & it’s reasonably priced for quality! Hey ladies we pay exorbitant prices for plumbers etc…this is our precious locks so I say go for it!!! There is an air of professionalism yet kindness & caring & I’m looking forward for what the next shade will be. I highly recommend Vivo & staff! A huge Thank you to Corne’. “I don't really write reviews but Krista-lee did such an insanely amazing job with my hair yesterday I felt I had to leave her 5 stars! I am always quite nervous when going to a new hairdresser but she knew exactly what i was attempting to request (without even showing her a photo), she made some great recommendations based on my natural colour and skin tone, was extremely thorough and took her time with me and the results were beautiful! I often find people take more off the length than i would have liked but the cut was 100% perfect and the colour is so gorgeous. Super stoked to have found my new hairdresser in Auckland :)”
