She understood my needs and delivered the best service too. My beautician (sorry, didn't catch her name), was also exceptional. Loved the friendly, inviting, relaxed and clean atmosphere.

She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave me helpful advice, and the result turned out even better than I expected. My hair feels amazing, the colour is perfect, and I left the salon feeling so confident. On top of her skills, Zuni is warm, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m so happy with her service and will definitely be coming back.

   I have been coming here for years all the beauticians have been lovely except prathika iv dealt with her twice she charged me 32 the first time for brows and upperlip i let it go and iv just been today she charged me 20 for upper lip and brows i had questioned her she said its the growth iv been coming here for 4 years and had this issue be careful when dealing with prathika she does a great job but overcharging for her service is not good business

   Thank you Pratika & Hair Makeover team for the excellent facial services. Started out coming for eyebrows a few years back and I consulted with Pratika about my acne and oily skin a year ago and have then been coming for facials regularly as well. She’s an expert waxing and threading my Island facial hair type lol, performing facials and recommending products for my skin. My skin improved fast and cleared within months, happily leaving every appointment with a glowing and fresh face.
