   The spa was sent for repair due to a leak. It was returned on Tuesday (November 18th). We found an electrician to connect the power, refill the water, and said he would come that evening to add salt, install the control panel, and adjust the remote control to complete the final procedure. We rescheduled for Wednesday (November 19th), but he didn't come. We rescheduled for Thursday (November 20th), but he still didn't come. We rescheduled for Friday (November 21st), but he still didn't come. He said he had urgent work, so I rescheduled for Saturday 10:30 (November 22nd). At 10:30, no one came. Then he said another colleague would come. It wasn't until 10:50 that someone finally arrived and found that the wiring on the panel was broken, and the remote control was also not working! How would you rate this kind of service? They sent someone to fix the panel and reconnect the remote control today, that's great! 20251126

   I recently had amazing service from Shareen at Hot Spring Spas in Newmarket. I have an older spa which is not a Hot Spring brand, and Shareen went out of her way to help me get the best cleaning products and filter which are far better than any other products I have used before. Such friendly and knowledgeable service so I'll be back for sure - highly recommend!

   I definitely recommend this product. our spa has been running 3 and a half years without being turned off except last month to refresh the water and every 4 months or so for filter cleans . Water didn't look in need of changing but the instructions advised an annual change. so we were two years overdue . The salt system worked flawlessly. Virtually no additional chemicals to balance the levels so I call it very easy to maintain. very Happy!!

   Great team and support today at Newmarket store - thanks (May 2023). Wonderful support even during Level 4 lockdown. We have had our Hot Spring Vanguard for 3 years and it is easy to maintain and so relaxing to use. Just chatted online for a maintenance issue and was able to diagnose and resolve at 330pm on a Saturday during lockdown. Great product and great service. Thanks.

   I purchased a Beam spa before Xmas and the family absolutely love it! I couldn't fault the Newmarket team who were fantastic throughout the purchasing process and also helping me get up to speed with the water maintenance requirements going forward. First class post sale care. If you are looking at buying a spa I would highly recommend a hot springs model and dealing with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Newmarket showroom.
