I had the Spring Package at Endota Day Spa and it was unbelievably relaxing from start to finish. The space itself is calm, beautiful, and instantly makes you switch off, but the highlight was my therapist Carla - she truly has magic hands. Every treatment felt intuitive, unhurried, and deeply restorative. I left feeling completely relaxed, grounded, and so well cared for. An absolute treat and one Iβd highly recommend.

I have regular massage treatments with Chiara and she is amazing. Chiara has a calming aura, she is smiley, welcoming efficient and her massage is awesome. I prefer a firm massage it is always spot on. When I leave I feel lighter and reinvigorated, ready to tackle another day.

I had the most amazing facial and massage today with Chiharu. She made my experience very enjoyable and tailored exactly to my needs, and I will definitely be booking in with her in the future and recommending to others.

This review is for the Intense New Age Facial treatment I received at Endota Spa a few days ago with Jacqueline. Before receiving this treatment, I had looked online for reviews and couldn't find any, so hopefully this review can help someone else in a similar situation. First, I was blown away by my treatment. I also want to share that this is not my first facial, but it was my first facial at Endota and my first treatment there. In terms of skin effects, my skin looks amazing! I haven't had any desire to wear makeup since my treatment, which is very unusual for me. (I'm really keen on a 1950s pinup glam style, but lately I'm loving looking at my face so much that I like keeping it pretty bare.) My skin is soft, hydrated, and the texture looks better than it has since my early 20s. (I'm in my mid-thirties now.) Secondly, Jacqueline is wonderful. The treatment involves red light therapy (which they leave on longer than other salons, in my experience) with a foot massage and relaxing water music in the background. I genuinely felt like I was floating down a peaceful stream on a nice, sunny day, and an angelic mermaid was massaging my feet. It was divine! The treatment felt slow, gentle, and luxurious. I think I was in the salon for around 2 hours for the treatment, so the treatment price is actually a really good rate for a facial, considering the amount of time spent. I suppose the last thing I'll mention is that the chemical peel felt quite gentle (but effective), and I appreciated that it was balanced with other deep-hydrating treatments in the facial. I'm not sure why or how red light therapy works so well -- all I can say is that I notice the effects very strongly. They also use this cool sound-wave technology tool to help your skin absorb nutrients from the hydrating face mask. Ah, and there is a suction-based hydrofacial treatment. It does feel a bit odd (like tiny fish kisses all over your face), but I've gotten a similar treatment elsewhere, and I know that it works well -- also cool that it's just part of the whole package because it can get pricey as a single treatment at other spas. My under-eyes are still a bit dark, but I haven't found anything that works for that other than continuing to use an eye cream and applying plant-based retinols to help keep that area hydrated and to prevent fine lines. In the future, I plan to try the under-eye booster with the treatment. I plan to get the Intense New Age Facial at Endota again, likely every six to eight weeks. Highly recommend. Thank you, Endota, and thank you, Jacqueline!

I went to get a facial with the normal trepidation that I would be asked to buy product throughout my treatment. However, I was delighted when a bright bubbly young lady named Bianca introduced herself and pampered me with one of the best facials I have had in a longe time. So refreshing to be seen as a client instead of a means to sell to me while I am trying to relax. Thank you Bianca.

Would definitely not recommend this branch of Forme. After booking a Grounding Spa Pedicure I received a glorified toe paint without anything else. When I spoke the manager she told me that she hadnβt done this treatment before either so itβs not the employees fault. Couldnβt believe it. Left with cut toes from the nail file and disappointed as I was so looking forward to some relaxation.

I booked in for a pamper or so I thought.... When I arrived there was no one on reception but there was a well-worded note explaining the reasons for this so I took a seat. 2 therapists and the receptionist both came out while I was sitting in reception with no acknowledgement made before my therapist arrived to get me, late. She seemed shy and soft spoken, no introduction was made. I was instructed to take off my shoes and sit on a dining chair with my feet in a small tub of lukewarm water. She left the room and returned about 5 minutes later where upon she dried my feet and I was moved on a bed. She squeezed herself onto a small swivel stool, with barely an inch to spare between the bed and the wall at the end of the bed. When I question her about why she didn't move the bed she said she had tried yesterday but it was too heavy for her to move. (I subsequently moved this for her before I left). I have never had my nails, skin or feet filed or scrubbed so much in my life. What I was left with at the end of the treatment was over painted nails and slightly sore toe skin. I asked the receptionist which treatment I had received and she started the treatment as I thought I had booked but I explained to her there are other things that was supposed to be included that we're missing. To that she replied 'oh no that's not included' to which I pulled up the website reference of the treatment and showed her. She said she would talk to the manager and have me back for the treatment that I had actually booked. I said no thank you. She said that she would talk to the manager anyway and they would probably be in touch regarding my comments. To this day (almost 3 weeks later) I have not heard from them. I've had several pedicures in the past and can honestly say this is the worst I have experienced. As a therapist myself I look forward to, and go out of my way to make sure a person I treat is pampered but for the money expended this day I definately left feeling robbed. Sadly, I would not recommend Forme nor will I return.
