“Don't be fooled by the cheap price! This is an A+ course. 2 x 5 hour sessions ( or 1 x 5 hour session if you cant lay aside the whoel weekend ) of full contact self defence. Charlie walks the line tactfully between providing some physical stress to somewhat mimic a real life situation and being understanding that people will bring a range of experiences to the course. I did this with my 13 year old daughter who now has the skills and attitude to survive if the worst happens. She loved the course and it was a great bonding weekend for us. Highly recommend!”

“I can't believe it's been a year already since I first started dancing at UCan2. I can honestly say I've enjoyed every minute. My highlight so far was definitely working towards and completing the medal test. The instructors are amazing, supportive, warm and so much fun to dance with. My fellow dance students are absolutely wonderful to dance with and provide endless laughs and camaraderie. Brilliant location with tons of parking too. Such a well-run studio that makes everyone feel like family. Thank you UCan2 crew.”

Absolutely love everything about the McCallion-Hester dance academy, having danced since i was very little, Irish dancing was one huge thing i missed when moving overseas,I recently moved from Australia to New Zealand where i lived for many years and never really found an adult Irish dance classes that had the expertise and professionalism that these guys have here in Auckland!! The standard is incredible and the opportunities are endless, from beginners through to advanced and everything in-between they have it all covered! I would highly recommend giving it ago, whether it be for fun, fitness, to meet new people or as a previous dancer wanting to get back into it, this is definitely the place to go!!! “Solid Strength equipment is robust enough to handle the punishment of a gym, but doesnt carry the expensive price tag. A great place to start when fitting out your gym or home gym. Staff are very helpful.”

“Just watched the end of year show as my niece and nephew go to this dance school... Ive been to SOOOO many end of year dance shows for different nieces and friends kids over the years, and this was by FAR the BEST one Ive ever seen!! Amazing story telling, amazing dancers, amazing costumes and amazing organization!! I dont deal with this dance school personally but from what I witnessed tonight, they have to be one of the best dance schools!! Huge props to the owner, manager, dance teachers, other staff and even the older children who did so amazing!!! I was so impressed with the older kids!! The older kids not only maintained the story and their dancing, while directing all the younger/youngest dancers! BRAVO!! Editing to also say... This is also the only end of year dance show that I would've been happy to watch even if I didn't know any kids in tge show lol.”

The teachers are highly skilled, and are great at breaking down the choreographies so that it's easy to follow. They don't mind (even love it) when students ask questions, which is very appreciated. They offer so many different choreography styles too, so you can learn new things as you take classes. I highly recommend Hit, whether you're just visiting Auckland, or planning to grow as a dancer too. :)”

“Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.”
