   We visited using the Summer Happy Hour pass and for 90 min thought it was great value as the trampolines were not overcrowded and we could use the climbing wall and the ninja course. The staff were really helpful and smiling with a good vibe too.

   We had our daughter's party at Bounce North Shore, and our host, Annabel, was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. She kept checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and made our party with 14 kids run smoothly. My child also gave her two thumbs up for being so kind. We had a pizza party, and the food was great—tasty and enough to feed all 14 kids. The booking system was also excellent—easy to use and allowed us to make changes without needing to email or call anyone. I would definitely come back for casual bouncing or for another party in the future, and I would highly recommend Bounce to any parents like me who are busy and want a hassle-free party experience.

   What a great experience, first time doing a birthday party through jump. Everything was organized we walked in with our cake and the rest was a breeze. The trampoline areas were really clean, and it looks like they ensure the place isn't super packed to all the kids get turns and enjoy a jump without being overcrowded. Great experience would do again.

   Great place to take the kids to burn some energy! Also a good reminder how unfit you are! I was wrecked after 5mins jumping around after a 2yo but we stuck it out for an hour and nap time was a piece of cake. Reasonably price too and the staff organize rounds of dodgeball which get pretty competitive! Heaps of fun.

   It was so much fun. The trampolines are built for adults and kids but I guess "grown-ups don't like fun. The ninja warrior course is as hard as it looks on TV if you don't have excellent upper body strength...even if you do. I wouldn't suggest climbing the ropes if you are not good with heights. Overall I have been waiting awhile to go bouncing and I was not disappointed.

   The manager is rude. My boy got nose bleeding around 3.10pm. we asked if we can get refund as my boy was unable to jump anymore. The manager refused to refund us. It's not money problem. It's about how she treat kids. She is so rude.
