   I recently attended a trial tap class at The Dance Studio and had a great experience regardless of the wrong class (it was supposed to be a beginner and not an advance one). I made the change via email but they never specified that I would ended up in the advanced level instead. I passed this message to "Mandy" and because the teacher was good I'm thinking about enrolling and, when trying to do this, it took almost 10 days to get an answer regardless of the follow up emails I sent to "Mandy", I even called several times and never no one bothered to answer the phone. Once again, I tried in a different way and tried to enrol myself through their website so I could get an answer as the new term was coming soon. I finally, got an answer with cero apologies for the lack of communication and delay. While the class was good, the administrative side needs a big improvement because it feels like they don't care, which is a shame because the classes and teachers are good but who's managing the paper work, if feels like they don't like their job.    I'm absolutely unhappy with their service. My kid finished the course and wanted to take a final exam. I was asked to pay extra for that. To my surprise, there was no exam and no refund. I was trying to communicate this for a few weeks with no luck. Isn't it a rip-off?

   A real community asset - you feel part of the family here. The teaching is great, the admin is smooth, great communication - but beyond that, the whole place has an infectious joy about it. Our daughter has been coming here for years - very satisfied.
