“Very happy with the Assault Airbike equipment and the awesome service. I am using the bike for rehabilitation after knee surgery and it works well for gently exercising knee and for doing arm interval training for fitness. Mal accommodated locating the bike I wanted, and organising a speedy delivery. The team delivered the bike, made sure the fit was right or me and provided good instructions, both verbal and hard copy print out, on it's use. The air bike in pretty intuitive to use.”

“This is a good gym and they are an important part of my community. It is not a flashy place, there is no hype, but the welcome every time is genuine and warm. I always feel comfortable. I had a hiccup a year ago and was blown away at how well the owner Terry managed the situation- first class. There is a creche, and while my kids are too old, I am always impressed at the focus, and quiet love and care of the girls looking after the bubs. The equipment is well maintained and it is always spotlessly clean. My attendance has improved massively since engaging my trainer Justin. He is brilliant, his energy and support have lifted my motivation and delivered some great results. 3-4 stars for the building and equipment - 5 stars because of the people.”
