   I’ve been seeing Ella at Active Health Howick for a shoulder injury and can’t recommend her and the whole team enough. Everyone was so friendly, Amanda at reception was really helpful, and Ella the physio made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my shoulder. She gave me exercises that were just right for my injury, and the massage was great too. Ella is friendly, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. It was such a relief to feel understood and not like I was making a fuss. I’d definitely recommend Ella and Active Health Howick to anyone looking for a great physio.

   I found Active Howick after feeling despondent with a different physiotherapist I was seeing at the time, and I must say that the shift was the best decision I made. The level of care and attention from Dominique was fantastic, not only did she prescribe better exercise and stretching for me, she also is very skilled with the hands-on care that really enhanced my journey to full recovery after a long period of pain and discomfort. My choice for Physiotherapy will now and always be Active Howick. I highly recommend Dominique/Active to anyone who is needing a higher level of physio care and professionalism.

   Posture has never been my strongest point, as I started to age, I became more concerned. I visited active plus in Howick and saw Rebekah. Rebekah gave me a number of great exercises for upper body,abdomen, back and the result has been fantastic - rapid improvement and sustainable as well.
