“Was served yesterday by a lovely doctor and nurse Harriet (hope that’s how I spell her name) Sister is absolutely terrified of needles and is very prone to panic attacks and it’s the best experience so far with my sister. Best experience with needles so far, didn’t even realise she had multiple needle pricks throughout the removal of the lesion, that’s how great Harriet was (also the doctor).
