“After an initial rocky start with noisy neighbours, the hotel reception shifted me to a different floor. The old room and the new room were identical. Both of them were great and quite clean maybe 9/10. The bed was comfortable, also clean and medium firmness, which I liked. Shower pressure in both rooms were good. Generally, I think this is a good place to stay if you need to be on Auckland's North Shore. Interactions with reception and housekeeping were always pleasant. There were very, very minor issues like the kettle flap was broken, the dryer ran extremely loudly. I was a little embarrassed to use the dryer at night due to the noise. The towels were thin and could be thicker.”

“For the price it's not bad, especially if you haven't been to a theme park before. The lines for the rides were surprisingly not a long wait. We went on a Saturday and spent the whole day there. So I recommend to come early and try all the rides.”

“Celebrating our lovely daughter’s 6th birthday—and her very first birthday party—at this restaurant was the best decision we could have made! From the beginning, Rachel, the owner, was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through the party planning process. The staff was beyond kind, making sure everything ran smoothly. The delicious buffet for adults, the fantastic kids’ menu, and the amazing outdoor playground made this place truly special. Everything was just perfect for us! A huge thank you to the staff for warmly accommodating 20 excited kids! “Attended Durga Pooja here. Small tiny place for an event to accommodate a maximum of 150-200 people. Clean and tidy. Love the location though it doesn't have much parking space on it but you can park along the road”

“Visited Trust Arena for the first time, found it to be an excellent facility, I used the indoor sprint track and then moved to the outside field track, awesome set up and a great public venue for sports, exercise and enjoying the surroundings. There is also vrry good play ground next to the field track. A good set of stairs are available that are great for stair work and exercise.”

“Pleasant place for morning walk. Children of all ages come here for playing cricket, soccer and rugby. One side you can see beautiful stream. This place is nice picturesque.”

Highly recommend Te Atatu South Park for its excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and family-friendly environment. It’s a great spot to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors.”

“Daldy Street Park is a great pocket park to meet friends for lunch, have fun with your dog, sit quietly in the sun. The birds have found the trees in this park, Love this oasis.”

“We hired out Wynyard Pavilion for a corporate end of year event and everything was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. A massive thanks to Oceane for her wonderful organisation and communication skills. She made all of the planning easy and painless which caused the event to be a huge success.”

“My son has attended since 1 years old in the babies room and is in his final year in Montessori. Busy Bees has been an amazing centre and have some amazing staff who we will definitely miss once we leave. Highly recommend.”

“My Grandaughter Hayley from MELBOURNE was due for her 30th birthday, what’s a fantastic family plan she thought? Here’s the action! I will go to NZ and take granddad, aunty and her granddaughters to a fabulous attraction BUTTERFLY CREEK near Auckland airport! WOW! an absolutely amazing choice, friendly staff, well maintained, safety precautions adhered to by all! We hit cafe first as you do! The coffee was first class as was the food displayed or made. Train ride got you oriented to the park surroundings. That is wonderful! We had paid extra for a Meerkat encounter, stars where Kia and Otse friendly and playful no hesitation to climb on you for the mealy worms you fed them! Our animal keepers Madie and Woo who where in enclosure with us where knowledgeable informative and very nice people. The butterfly, kiwi, aquarium, baby animals dinosaurs are absolutely amazing! They have birthday party rooms as well! My advice for a fabulous educational and happy outing for discerning families is to take a trip and visit BUTTERFLY CREEK in Auckland NZ Arthur C Charlton west Auckland NZ.”

“We had my daughters birthday party here and hired the room which worked out to be more affordable and we were able to invite more guests. We were allowed to do our own catering which made it even better and the tour guide was amazing. Even though we were late staff were great and polite and friendly. We felt right at home. the kids loved it! The parents loved it too! So worth it.”

“Fantastic venue with amazing views out over the race track. The buffet was amazing, all of the food was beautifully cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The staff were professional and polite and did a good job of clearing the tables between trips. The only issue was that the space between tables and space between places on the table were both quite tight, so plan to sit at the end of the table if you intend to make frequent trips to the buffet or TAB counter”
