   Great gym. It is hard to find a place the offers so many different options (2 x pools, gym, sauna, steam room, hot and cold spa, tennis courts, carpark and etc). The sales manager Chris, was really helpful and great person to deal with. Me and my wife love going to Next Gen

   First off I would say if you takeaway the occasional rude staff member or arrogant member, the facilities would warrant 4 stars given the $60 weekly membership. However there a many significant issues with this gym. Firstly Tennis: as you'd imagine, plenty of people are enticed to join for the tennis. Booking courts is easy and readily available for members and is included in some memberships, which is actually a good bargain when considering location. However I experienced a couple of issues. First, our interclub team had 10 people!?! This meant we only played once a month. Secondly, one of the members I was playing with braided me for replying to a text during a set break. I reported this, but no action was taking by the gym, and after that I made me uncomfortable using the gym. Gym & Pool: both are some of the best in Auckland. Pool is great especially which the higher membership tier. Some people in the gym don't like it when you can lift more than them, which happens quite regularly considering there are a lot of oldies, but not really an issue. Although they do lack sufficient plates. Food: The restaurant is amazing and well priced. The coffee though is awful. I don't think the staff have any training and not matter what coffee you order you get the same sour mess. It's actually worse than McDonald's which I find hilarious. Overall: I join again if the gym actually cared about it's members and not just take sides and increase fee every year. It's expensive but you are getting alot for your money.

   The cafe here… Great coffee and the view is obviously to die for. Especially when the sun is shining in. Beau makes THE best coffee, Ash always has a big smile on her face and Crystal is just a ball of energy! Best part of the day.

   Absolutely loved my experience here at the gym! Super clean! Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great! The type of space where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated! Shout out to the manager Chris for being an amazing manager and always offering a helping hand in anything. You can really tell he cares about the people who comes here. :)))

   Very bad customer experience. I joined the three months membership with this club, but after that, they still continue to charge me without reminder. Even before the expired day i phoned the club to confirm the membership expired day. After I found the mistake and contact with them, no one email me and contact with me for the refund.

   Gym facilities are amazing. But I had a terrible experience with the creche. Rotation of staff, staff not showing up for their shift, and staff not experienced enough to work with babies. I have a baby 1year old, and I only could come to the gym if I could take him with me. sales team made me sign up saying they had creche 5 days a week. They sold me a service that didn’t existed. I basically wasted time and money with next Gen.

   Been a member for under 6 months. I'd expect a lot more for the price you pay. The Carpark is always full when I normally turn up, staff aren't the friendliest and facilities always seem to have something up with it i.e Pool was out for a month, half of the showers closed, sauna and steam room not operational. Besides that, PTs and fitness side of things seem on par with any other place.
