   Surprisingly good acoustics. Casual grass and concrete audience area connected to the wider park and waterfront walkway. Four stars because the power wasn't on for the band on practice night, they wasted a lot of time getting a generator instead.

   Attended a friend's birthday party here. This place is at Hobsonville point. These who live around here know that there is also a community bbq place. This serves as a place where people can have meetings. They have good toilets, lovely green grass for people to sit, it's a bring your own chair place but who would if mother nature offers a green place. Loved it. I don't know about booking but when l asked my friend, she said it's first come first serve, negotiable as it's main purpose is to serve the community. A happy situated place . A hidden gem. Kia ora. Ko io e au. Ubuntu!!

   A pleasant spot to pause, sit a spell, use the clean loo, water your dog, and continue along the Bomb Point boardwalk. Keep an eye out for the fantails that flutter nearby, the kingfishers that swoop for insects atop the adjacent tidal inlets and enjoy the abundance of native fauna. Remember to take any litter home or to the nearest rubbish bin.

   Good place to chill out,,,,,but the grounds are very boggy, poor drainage, can't sit on grass or play around with the kids....sad

   Awesome venue, super easy to organise hire! Comes with lots of free equipment to use including chairs, tables and outdoor games. There are a couple of power points on site too which we hired a speaker separately for. I had my 21st here and it was a great event. The undercover space was great to have in case there was rain! Thank you to Sharon for all her help in organising to hire the event.

   Great community facility. Would be nice if weeding of gardens was kept tidy and maintained. Was discusted to see some people do not pick up doggy poop. Very inconsiderate when it is a play area for young children.
