“Updating my review 21/10/2024 This was the least traumatic/scary sexual health appointment I’ve ever had. My doctor was wonderful - patient, calm, respectful, profeesional, empathetic. She gave me control over every single aspect of this otherwise scary process. Big fan of this clinic and I will be back for other needs. Review from September 2024: I think SWA is a great place that does important work. I don't love that they reschedule my appointment without consulting me. I also don't love that they insisted they tried to contact me about my appointment change when I have no texts or emails to that effect or any missed calls from them. I had already taken off work for my original appointment, so this is frustrating and damaging.”

I understand the system now and am comfortable with the phone consults for routine health matters and get appointments in person with any complex or pressing matters. “I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!”
