   Horrible customer service, whenever I ring up I'm treated with complete disregard. The doctor my family and I have seen for a while now has been sometimes OK but also sometimes treats us like we're not worth their time, like they don't care about our health at all. I'm guessing the mistreatment exists because they know they can get away with it due to the cronic health system issues this country is suffering from, patients have no choice but to put up with it.

   I've recently switched to Manuka Health from another GP and this switch has coincided with some unexpected health issues. I was very lucky to be assigned Dr Catherine Kirby who has been fantastic. She has listened to me, validated my concerns, and provided great advice. The nurses are super lovely and efficient and reception team are kind and accommodating. The appointments are also significantly cheaper than with my previous GP. Highly recommend this practice.

   I went to Manuka Health Centre to see Dr Helen Rowse, a clinical psychologist based there. The reception staff there were very nice to deal with and the facilities appeared to be in good order. Overall I was pleased with my experience there. Thanks Manuka Health Centre!!

   We went to the lactation consultant with our newborn at the Manuka health centre and had the worst experience. The consultant only wanted to push for an unnecessary tongue tie surgery, told us breast feeding was unnatural and was expensive. I would highly recommend going to the free Hutt hospital lactation consultant instead who was supportive and gave us good and useful advice.

   Dr. Jane Knight is an incredibly professional and skilled Doctor. She is highly thorough in her examination and a meticulous diagnostician. Her knowledge in nutrition has aided me immensely and I cannot thank her enough for her scrupulous work. Not only is Dr Jane a resourceful Doctor, she also has exemplary people's skills.
