Ordered shoes online and turned out i couldn't fit them, drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to foot locker and were told we couldn't do exchanges or refunds on boxing day as it's busy and slows the sales they could be making, once explained about us driving 2 hours he kindly accepted to exchange and was extremely understanding, this type of service is outstanding and shows great humility.
