   Customer Services were excellent, patient and helpful with my enquiry but I want to especially want to give recognition to Marlena, who went above and beyond to help me look not only for the right sized shoes but shoes that would be stay comfortable even if my feet swell. I worked in customer services for many years and I know what goid service looks, feels and is like and how many that work hard are not acknowledged so well done Porirua Rebel Soort.

   Wasted a lot of time. Not enough people to service. Had to walk around to find people to help. Price not available so had to ask and wait even longer for response. Not equipped enough to be a sports shop.

   Chiotic store, poor customer srvice, unprofesional behavior, not recommending. The size of clothes do not match the size on hangers, wrong shoes displayed with wrong information in A wrong place, the store superviser's beahvior was not profesional.

   I had a very bad experience with a manager (Maraynn) at porirua branch. I purchased a gym ball which was not the right fit. The manager told me we need to check the size based on your body and she confirmed the right size is 75cm. The size was not the right fit and wanted to return and refund. Went in two times and the manager told me you need a receipt mandatory and when challenged to show the return policy, it wasn’t mentioned in the policy. She also told me “its her choice to refund my money or not”. This was really rude when its not her choice (when in compliance with return and refund policy) and on top of that she checked my bank account to verify if i was the account owner. Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I would avoid shopping at Rebel Sport going forward.

   Rebel Sport's website simply cannot be trusted. This is the second time they have stated an item was in stock when it wasn't. I placed an order for click and collect a week ago. I contacted them using their online form this morning (apparently a reply takes 5 working days) and then called their call centre. I managed to write an email, shave, shower, and clean my teeth while on hold. I was finally advised the item was not in stock and that they would instead process a refund. I purchased other matching items from other stores based on my Rebel order and can no longer create the outfit I had planned. What a waste of time and money. If you can't fulfil an order that's a service failure. But a customer also shouldn't have to wait a week and then contact the seller to find out the item isn't in stock and to arrange a refund. If you don't have it, let us know and process the refund. We shouldn't have to take extra steps for you to do so. Rebel is ok if you go into the store, see an item, and can take it to the counter. But don't rely on their online sales as while I am sure they fulfil the majority of orders, it simply isn't something you can rely on.

   We came here for the swimming gears and we had what we needed. I like this outlet because it has many sport items, gears and equipment from many brands. It also has clearance and sale items that are really tempting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check out is no hassle and staff are knowledgeable as well when we ask about particular items. The shop is spacious and it has good layout so it’s easy for those with wheelchairs. It also has parking lots and as it is situated in the mega complex so we can easily visit other shops as well.
