Hi I shop at the kapiti store. It's the second time I've come across the same problem on a pair of jeans, the zip doesn't want to zip up, I did mention it the last time I was in there shopping for a pair of jeans, the zip seems to be kinda stiff, wont do up from the bottom, big problem
Love this store. I've always loved the jeans but the Paraparaumu store is great, well laid out and the staff are always helpful and friendly
My husband and I were in your shop tonight (22/03/18) and were served by Hope. She is a credit to your store, very friendly, bubbly and helpful. I find it very difficult to find jeans and she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She knew she could find me a pair of jeans that I would be comfortable in...and she did!!! She then made sure that I was 100% happy with them and that I would feel comfortable in them before we left the store. We could do with more Hope's in retail. Thank you so much for your time, effort and friendliness. You made our shopping experience a pleasure, and we will be back!
