Usually shop in store and get fantastic service but due to lockdown had to place an order online for elderly mum. Unlike other online experiences with other stores (in or out of lockdown), this one was amazing! Placed the order late morning and by early afternoon I had my order delivered. Other stores could definitely take a leaf out of this stores book with regards customer service/experience!
Wish I’d discovered this shop years ago. I received fabulous service from a lady who sold me, what must be, the best fitting walking shoes I’ve ever owned. I’m a very happy customer, and will be back after I’ve worn these shoes out.
