   Visited Outlet City on the weekend, was very surprised at how lovely the mall is looking now! Went to Scriber & Marks to get my partner a suit and came across Rus. What a champion! He took care of the whole process, was very efficient and professional, and went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. 10/10 on every front. Great value for money too.

   I come out fairly regularly to this store because the service has always been on point. The first time I came I'd never worn a suit in my life and was clueless and nervous - the experience was so good that I was soon back for more, and I've had the same stellar service every time. Good range of styles, colours, fit, etc, whether you're looking for suits, shirts, ties, shoes, I even make a trip out from the city just to buy belts from here. The prices are all well worth the trip. Special shout-out to my fellow gender diverse folk - one of the reasons I was nervous the first time is that, as a trans guy, it can be difficult, confronting, and embarrassing trying to find well-fitted formalwear. I needn't have worried, the experience I had was so professional and respectful it didn't even come up, let alone become an issue.

   These guys fitted me into my first brand new suit in time for a show the same evening. This was at the same time they were outfitting a wedding party of 5, and finding shoes for another customer. They managed all of this with flair and conviviality. Will definately shop there again.
