Just had my first visit to this centre. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the service and even more so of the great communication style from the physio, (Lungelo Saunders) Extremely informative and delivered in a fun and friendly manner
Got a good physio assessment of my injury and some dry needling done. All seemed very professional
Absolutely loved the service and the kind friendly team.
The physios have no clue what they are doing, you spend 3/4 of your appointment answering useless questions about your injury, they give you the basic stretches to do whereas you can google most of them, i came in with a severely sprained ankle and they were extremely rough and hurt me a lot, i got my ankle massaged with some weird oily wax and all it did was injure me more, i think most of the physios there should resit their qualification before they every work with any other patient’s again
