   I cannot recommend Lift Aesthetics (College Street) highly enough, especially the incredible Elle, cosmetic nurse injector and genuinely amazing human being. From the very beginning, Elle took the time to truly listen to me. She explained everything in detail — not only the procedure itself, but also what to expect afterward and how I might feel. What meant the most to me was that she never once pressured me. She even encouraged me to take time to think about it, which showed how much she genuinely cared about my comfort and wellbeing. During the treatment, Elle spoke to me the entire time, reassuring me and making the experience calm and comfortable. She truly went above and beyond to minimise bruising and swelling — she honestly has magical hands. The results under my eyes are already amazing after just one treatment, and I can’t even imagine how incredible they’ll look once I complete the next two. The overall service at Lift Aesthetics was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was respectful, patient, and kind, and they worked so hard to help me fit appointments around my very busy life. I am beyond impressed and so grateful. Thank you Elle and the entire Lift Aesthetics team for such an outstanding experience — you have my deepest respect and appreciation.
