I am a complete beginner and the ocean can feel quite intimidating at first, but Martina made us feel calm, safe and confident from the very start. CJ was busy when I got there but took the time to look and assess the damage on my board and was super patient and nice in explaining to me what he was seeing. This also included the tow truck operator who took me to his workshop..(5.30pm Friday night and Matt was still open and happy to help.) These people all said that he was THE BEST at replacing transmissions. Thankyou Matt, for your open and honest communication, and keeping me up to date. There were issues with the second hand transmission but once again, nothing was too much trouble and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amber was the designer who we worked with us and she was wonderful, helping us modify the kitchen which works best for us and within our budget! The delivery and the work was swift, just as planned. They had project managed for us, whereby they coordinated the tiler, electrician and plumber and coordinated everything. So, it was hassle-free. Tiler, electrician and plumber billing was separate and all the people they recommended were brilliant too. Thank you for great work.”
