   Took my Ford Focus in for a full interior and exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic coat at the end of July. When booking I asked for some chips to be touched up and if this was something they could do as part of the paint correction and prep for the ceramic coat. Aaron told me it was, and I provided a colour matched paint sample also. No chips were touched up at all, when I picked the car up I was told by an employee this isn’t something they do. This was frustrating considering the conversation I had with the owner. The following day in daylight I could see the workmanship wasn’t great and a few key areas had been overlooked and neglected. The glass had not been cleaned at all, all water spots remained on every panel. Cutting compound from the cut and polish had been thrown all over the car, and not cleaned up. Key areas were not masked off, namely the tray where the window wipers sit, above the bonnet. This was filled with cutting compound. Underneath the boot latch, door handles and between virtually all body panels there was left over cutting compound. I am still picking cutting compound off to this day, I seem to find more every time I clean the car myself. My rear bumper has a black plastic trim, this was stained white in a couple areas and ‘burnt’ from someone running the polishing wheel over the plastic. This damage still remains. The wheels were cleaned only on the faces, and brake dusk and dirt remained inside the wheel. Overall a disappointing experience considering the conversation had with the owner, the service promised and having paid a lot for the best package they seemed to offer.
