Purchased a surf caster from another shop about a year ago, and the middle section shattered on a cast. It was still under warranty, but the original store had no stock, and neither did the supplier. Even though I didn’t buy the rod from them, these guys stepped in and sorted it. They worked out an arrangement with the supplier so they could give me the replacement section from their own stock, and the supplier would replace it for them afterwards. That meant my rod was fixed in time for a Christmas fishing trip. Absolute legends, you can tell they’re here for the fishing community, not just to make a dollar.
