   I paid $300 for a ring that was sterling silver and within a month is started failing, I took back to the store and they sent it off to be fixed. Months have passed and no answers every time I ring they just fob me off and it’s obvious they have lost the ring. They don’t want to take accountability for this and keep saying they will ring me back but never do, I keep following up with the store half they time they don’t answer and when they do excuse after excuse this has been going on for 3 months now not happy at all
