   Charm is my go to place for piercings, their store is so welcoming and the staff are lovely! They have done every single one of my piercings including my lobes, both my nostrils, my belly button and my tongue twice (due to no fault of their own I took it out for personal reasons) I couldn’t recommend charm enough!

   Unprofessional Practice, They Really Don't Care at All! They're all about making money! Piercing Depth Vs Bar Length was a risk to health! This was confirmed by Doctors. We followed all aftercare instructions and purchased the recommended solution. Charm's poor work has directly resulted in Numerous infections, visits to the doctors and courses of antibiotics.. We approached Charmed for help & we were told "This is normal", They couldn't have cared less! My Daughter has suffered pain for 2 months now. She was seen by a professional piercer in Gate Pa today, she was amazing & has fixed Charm's mess.

   booked in for a piercing at charm and the staff were super helpful. super easy process and our piercer was friendly, professional, and made us feel super comfortable. only critique is that it was quite warm for a place where people tend to get nervous. overall would definitely recommend visiting charm for any piercing needs.

   Yesterday I came in for my appointment and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, which was really reassuring that I was in a good place. The clinic was super clean and tidy, and the lovely staff member who pierced me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The piercings themselves that I received were a smooth and painless process. I felt very comfortable here, and would definitely come back!

   Great experience getting 2 new ear piercings here. I was nervous, and the piercer put me at ease, and also helped with putting jewellery in my second lobe holes that had almost closed up in the past. I'll definitely be back for more!
