Was quite stressed for Xmas shopping but the lady helping us still made time and explained well though the shop was pretty busy. Also went out of her way to fix my specs and it fits heaps better, really appreciated that. Cheers
At Bailey Nielsen Bayfair the service was amazing. I was made to feel special. The two male team members went above and beyond with their guidance on my selection of glasses. The glasses selection is varied and interesting would totally recommend.
Always have superb service here! Alex and PJ are both incredibly helpful, give great advice and are lovely to deal with. Jessica may be the friendliest optometrist I have ever met, super knowledgeable and reassuring too. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Jessica the opthomologist was brilliant, she kept me informed about what she was testing & what to expect thru the process. The technology she used was next level, & no yellow dye in my eye iykyk. Her advice was concise and simple to understand - ngΔ Mihi Jessica. Then she handed me over to Alex (a trained Dispenser) & he recommended frames that suited my face shape & skin tone wow - perfect! I've never had this level of optometrist service. Jessica & Alex are an excellent team & I highly recommend this service & shop at Bay Fair!

Lady was really nice and was able to get glasses with eye test for under $170. Even applied uni discount for us. Goated place to get glasses and would recommend
Bailey Nelson is my new go to for my glasses! The girls in the shop were SO lovely, friendly and helpful. I simply canβt speak highly enough of them. They were all genuinely interested in helping me and they were just so lovely. The girls feedback and opinion on what frames I chose were much appreciated. Truly the best team in there. The lady who tested me clearly explained my comprehensive test and what it meant, and she took the time to know my lifestyle. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again.
