When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. CJ was busy when I got there but took the time to look and assess the damage on my board and was super patient and nice in explaining to me what he was seeing. As I told him, I 'hope' not to have to use his services soon :), but will definitely go back if needed.”
