   I went in Christmas Eve morning with a flat tyre that was the result of another bike shops incorrect installation - brand new tyre, one ride old. Busiest time of the year and it was fixed immediately, with a smile and no charge. Thank you so much, when you had no obligation to take ownership of someone elses mistake. Really appreciate this, karma will be returned.

When we found the best bike for size, he didn't have it in stock and recommended another My Ride retailer who did. After all of his help I was determined to buy a bike from John, and so upgraded to a bike that he did have. I'm thrilled with it and feel lucky to have made the decision I did.

We visited twice - first to pick out bikes, and then again to bring our kids in for fittings and assessments. Each time, everything was handled with care, patience, and clear explanation.
