I first went to Smith & Smith and explained I wasn’t a local, but they brushed me off and said it would be a 4 to 5 day wait and didn’t seem to care. I then went to NOVUS Glass Tauranga and they had it fixed in just 5 to 10 minutes. I’m truly grateful for the quick, affordable, and friendly service. Highly recommend NOVUS Glass Tauranga. Thee kids food in the party room was really nice. My kid lt me have some hot chips and they were actually really nice. Well done to all the staff working there. Great experience.”

“We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful which was appreciated. The security was brilliant with keyed access only and a car park which was undercover and secure. Location was close to shops but far enough away to remove ourselves from the crowds. A leisurely 5 minute stroll down to all the restaurants and bars which was great. 2 min walk to beach - amazing. Thanks for hosting us and see you again soon”

“My aged vehicle needed a new screw cap for the water coolant...when I arrived the cheeky young man thought I'd come to sell my car as a wreck...Well sori, not yet like me it still has a few miles to go..the girl at the entrance gave me locations for 3 cars I could check...found 3 caps..one was perfect so gor $5.00 am back on the road again..thank you thank you sooo much Pick A Part.
