My car was repaired by Panel & Paint and they did an excellent job. They took great care of everything inside the car and made sure nothing went missing. The staff were very professional and cooperative throughout the process. Highly recommended
Not very happy with what has been done. Took our car in for repairs I will admit the car runs very smoothly, but there was no painting done on our car at all when we were charged $300 for it and that was one of the main things we needed done. We had to pay $100 more than what we were quoted. Was told it would be done in a week and I took 2 weeks because they were waiting for parts to be delivered. Never going here ever again. Do not recommend this place!
I can’t believe what they have done to my car this is unacceptable. Different colour, they paint half of the door I don’t know why and it has scratches on the new paint. Not even similar the colour.

it was pretty good, although I felt it was quite expensive for the repair that was done - it was an insurance job though so, only cost me my excess. the ladies on the front counter were nice enough, and the wait time to get in was only a couple of days - in the past I waited over a month for a repair at a panel beaters in papamoa. they finished the repair quickly too. only complaint I have is that they charge you for a loan car - the other panel beaters I've been to will give you a free loan car while yours is being repaired, but these guys wanted about $40 a day for a loan car. they did wash my car before returning it so that was good.
Very happy with the work done on my car. Desiree and the team were so friendly and helpful and was so great to be given a courtesy car.would definitely recommend..
The lady at reception is so rude. She told me I could have a courtesy car as soon as my claim for insurance was approved. I called as soon as it eas and she told me no I can’t have one until the parts arrive and the work is done. I’m now stuck paying $350 a week for a rental until this happens. She was so rude about it too and got snarky when I caught her out for changing what she said. Would never go back here again.
I have had an accident, and they helped me fixed everything in a short amount of time so I could drive to Auckland in time for my appointment, really cool staff !! Definitely recommend these guys !!! Thank for the support, the good vibe and the professional attitude !!
