   Never coming back. This cinema is a perfect example of why some businesses fail. The staff were shockingly rude and refused to let us into an R13 movie, even though I’m 16 and very clearly not a child. We didn’t know ID was required because, honestly, it should’ve been obvious just by looking. We’re homeschooled — we don’t get student IDs — and expecting us to carry around a birth certificate just to watch a film is ridiculous. The whole situation felt petty, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no surprise the place is always empty. I wouldn’t recommend this cinema to anyone.

   Very bad experience. Staff at the ticket counter were rude, the environment was unpleasant, and the cinema seats were ripped and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

   Very tidy cinema, well priced. Great seats. Only down fall is the exit sign is to bright. Especially when movies playing and your in the seats that in line or under the sign.

   Long waits and no ushers to help you find your theatre. Bought tickets online and still had to wait in line 20 minutes to find out what theatre I'm in. A dishonest person can just walk in, which it seemed a lot did.

   Edit: They charged me seven dollars for a frozen coke. Disgusting price for something that's half ice. Aside from that, one's on the better side of Cinemas. There are many screens to accommodate the vast amount of people. Comfortable seating which is also low enough so you can easily see over the seat/person in front of you. Ticket prices are standard with online booking available for an even faster booking experience. A good selection of snacks and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are also available. There's a small games room to the side with some arcade style games and Air Hockey.

   Absolutely shocking.. the staff have no life about them.. took 15mins for 2 hot dogs.. then there was no cheese. The guy was just talking to her out the back about wanting to be an actor.. not helping her then we had to wait for the doughnuts because she forgot.. they weren't busy we were the only people there and only another family in the same movie. This place needs some tlc in all places..oh and I paid $4.50 for a small bottle of pump water....
