“It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katrina from Spa World in Tauranga. She was very friendly and full of knowledge while giving us help in choosing the right spa for us. There was no pressure from her to make a decision which gave us time to think about what we wanted. The guys that came out to install the spa were awesome as well. “I entered the store early and knew precisely the shoe I wanted although the size and fitting I needed was unavailable. The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. The shoes were delivered the very next day ! How is that possible ? No delivery charge either. Very impressive.”

“I was very impressed with City Suites accommodation when I stayed there recently. A nice host, who dealt patiently with my lack of technology knowledge. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. The huge bed was very welcoming, and as soon as my head hit the pillows, I slept like a log until woken by alarm clock in the morning. A big plus was the locked basement carpark, and a lift to help get my luggage to my room on first floor. Not only that, there were also luggage trolleys like at airports, which I've never come across before at accommodation, and both the trolley and lift were a great relief for me as senior lady. Also I felt very safe when I had to go to my car at 11pm for something that I'd forgotten. Another bonus was that it was just a short walk to the Cafe on the Strand for a delicious breakfast and nice view of the sea. I recommend you try them too. All in all I'd love to stay at City Suites again, and highly recommend it to others. It's well deserving of the five stars I'm giving it. Thank you city suites for a very pleasant stay!”

“We made a very late booking online and didnt arrive till about 10pm (approx) the owner text us to see how our trip was going and to make sure we were ok...the upon arrival she was standing at the drive to greet us...the welcome was warm and lovely after a tiring drive...the room was very warm and cozy and it was a beautiful place to stay..couldn't rate this place high enough..and cant wait to come back for more than an overnight stay...”

“Highly recommend this property. We were a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) + 2 Grandparents. We found the communication and response to be excellent. Walked into a clean, comfortable and modern accomodation which had a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs for our family and upstairs for the grandparents. Practical to have a washing machine and dryer to keep up with busy children but the heated rooftop pool was the best, we all enjoyed the views of the ocean and Mt Maunganui-handy to shops, dairy, beach and eateries. We most certainly will be booking this little treasure again! Thank you Helen and Shelley for being responsive with our booking and helpful during our stay, we really appreciate it.”

“My son has been going here since he was 6 months old (now 2) and he absolutely loves it here. This small center is wonderful as all the children interact with each other and there are no separate rooms for different aged kids. There is always nutritional morning tea given and as a parent I feel like I able to speak freely about anything at drop off or pick up. Super friendly staff that all know what they are doing. If you are looking for the best center in Katikati this is it but act fast as they have a wait list!”
