   The only thing going for this Establishment is Location. The Room we got literally Stunk had Dirty Grubby Flooring and definately shows signs of lack of Cleanliness. Quite Sad to be Honest. No Towels is pretty Standard. Door Lock literally ready to drop off its Frame. Swimming pool was the Highlight - Being Mid Summer is was ready to Go ! (See Pic) This Place should not be on Booking.com and not $350 for a Night.

   They were very inconvenient, first off sent us to the wrong room trying to blame it on us. Very unprofessional, then got moved to another room, then the next day got moved again. Had to stand and wait for them to finish off cleaning the room, which should be done before hand. What are we paying for? Bedroom was still messy, bed and bugs, the bed was not comfortable at all, the blanket was think as hell, cold during the night, floors were not vacuumed well constantly waiting at front desk for help and no one there.

   Took photos today of a m8s motel linen. Disgusting stained mattresses, electric blankets with large brown stains, pillowslips with brown stains, mould in fridge, smelly dirty room. Complained to front desk and told to go elsewhere if she didn't like it. And winz pay for these rooms!!!! Would not recommend unless place has been commercially cleaned and new beds and bed linen provided. Definitely a minus in my honest opinion..

   Rooms are nice and big and the owner is lovely. The pool is clean and nice to swim in. Heaps of parking space too. One of the nicer places I have stayed in awhile.

   Spent very comfortable 2 weeks while searching a rental house - conveniently located in the middle of Tauranga. Quietly postioned in a residential area and it was safe enough to let our 4 yrs daughter play at the front yard all the time. Rooms felt warm with heat pump and bathtub was a big plus for our daughter. Owner Eli was kind enough to rent us his trailer for free after checking out. Very friendly owners and long term neighbors. Highly recommended !

   bitten from flea in garden court. i spent money more than $400 on it for medical and bomb flea our place. i can not sleep and even can not go for work now. please be careful for the cleaning.
