   The true measure of a person is how they behave when things go wrong Heartbreaking after learning swim for years. We are very Disappointed of a substitute swimming instructor's inappropriate behavior,,She is not safe for children at all. She received emotional abuse and humiliated a young child in public. cried in the pool and yelled ' Disgusting' at my son. Blow out of all proportion for noting. The first thing that the supervisor was extremely absurd, immediately blame parents talked to their swim instructor which we try to figure out what happened , she kept saying Mandy is only 16 year old, neglected how wrong employee was. and made up stuff with absurd lie to make parents feel guilty. For a moment I thought we pay money was for help your employees to grow up, instead of receive service. Your manager apologized to us , and told us Mendy learned her lesson in the meeting . Few weeks later, we bumped the instructor again in the pool, my son was refused to get his replaced lesson done because he saw Mendy was in the line where his lesson located. Mendy didn't want to apologized for what she did, even wanting the kid say sorry to her. Worst of the worst, the whole thing went wrong.

   Instructors are nice and pools are good. However their policy around make-up sessions when your child is sick, is extremely restrictive. We were in the hospital for a week, and they still wanted to see a doctors note. And when babies sickness came back and we had to miss another session, we couldn't make it up another time. We will be looking elsewhere for swimming lessons.

   Management don't return phone calls or messages and fail to notify customers of covid policies until its too late. tell you one week before course starts and then say you need two weeks notice for refund.
