Room was clean, but no air conditioning (??) and the bathrooms smelled quite strongly of sewage. Not the worst but certainly not the best. Location is great but beware of extremely noisy drivers and bikes just outside the door. Copenhagen cones directly next door allows for the smell of freshly baked waffle cones to waft throughout the premises, which is lovely. Overall, just ok.
