   Old school gym vibe to this place. Nice to have some reasonably priced venues clubs can rent out for shows. Would recommend.

   I like this for Pickleball because it is near my home but boy! Does it need an upgrade! So shabby & the roof was leaking on a court at one end dangerous for keen players. But we can have tea & bickies so that's a bonus

   Good space for social events or indoor sports. Great floor for dancing. Good parking outside, although if there's something on at the sport field next door, it can be an issue.
