“I've had two treatments with Teresa so for after having overtrained my hip during marathon training. I noticed a huge improvement between the two treatments (I believe they were about four days apart). The dry needling has done wonders for me, and I believe the treatments has helped "speed up" the healing. She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. The programmes and exercises she gives are extensive and are appropriate to the level you are at, with options to progress or regress the exercises. Not only is she an amazing physio with heaps of experience, she has a warm personality and looks at more than just the physical injury.
