They really know how to put you at ease for something that most people try to avoid at all costs.    Had a hygienist appointment with Martina. She was so gentle! I told her I was a big baby going to the dentist and had sensitivity - one of the best appointments I have ever had. Also gave me an amazing tip about mouthwash. Highly recommend.

My dentist Ms Shivani Krishnan and her team explains everything clearly before and after the procedures. The dentist gentle manner and the use of numbing gel makes the procedure pain free.    I highly recommend ER Dental! The staff are very friendly and professional. I needed a retainer replacement, and specialist Shivaani did an amazing job. She came up with a really clever solution for installing the new retainer and was patient, kind, and thorough throughout the process. The clinic itself is stylishly designed, and the service is excellent — they even offer you coffee! Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

   10/10 would recommend! Werner is a great dentist who knows his stuff and works efficiently so you aren't stuck with your mouth open for too long. The technology in this dental office is great. The day I went in for my crown was the day I got my permanent crown; no need for temporary. Lots of other cool gadgets too. I've spent more time here than I would have originally like, however, not scared to walk through the doors anymore. Dental assistants are super friendly and same with reception. Oral hygiene is just across the shops which is super handy.

   I go to Lianne to have my teeth cleaned and Andre to look after my dental treatments. The services that they give me are very professional and they both are the first dentists I trust. Leanne and Andre are so welcoming. They are great at explaining what needs to be done and also fun people to be around.

   Have been messed around with apppointments twice now. Incredibly frustrating that a client's time to book, schedule and reorganize their life to go to a dental appointment isn't respected. Unimpressed and not sure what to do next. Service was fine, if you can get a booking they can listen to, understand, schedule correctly, and not cancel last minute. Very, very frustrated. Update: Now stuffed around three times. Moving practices.
