Contacted for tooth that was giving trouble, appreciated being fitted in within a couple of hours. Follow up appointment time was juggled to accommodate my needs. Professional and pleasant dentist who did a thorough job getting teeth sorted and up to date.
Excellent service from front desk to treatment room. Very prompt with appointment time. Very thorough examination, clean, X-rays and explanation at a very competitive price. I will look forward to having them as my regular dentist and seeing them every 6 months
A very good experience at Team Dental Katikati. Irena was excellent, she kindly fit me in for an appointment at short notice (I am not a regular patient as I'm from UK). Irena even called me to offer an earlier date. From the word go, communication was professional & welcoming. I came in on the day and the dentist I saw was Brett who performed the extraction. He explained the procedure, which went smoothly. He had a gentle manner. No pain at all.The price was fair and reasonable. The dental practice is beautifully kept creating a professional, calm atmosphere. I can definitely recommend. Thank you
Friendly welcome as you enter the door. Julianna was amazing, I have trauma from childhood experience gone wrong with a dentist. However, she made me feel so relaxed and I appreciated her gentle nature!!

Absolutely the best practice I have ever been to. Starting from the excellent and efficient receptionist, to the hygienists, and of course the 2 different dentists I have encountered there, not to mention the very caring and friendly dental assistant. All show such care, a huge amount of patience and are thorough in all they are doing. Thank you to the whole team, I couldn't ask for better service.
