   I found the whole process of having both cataracts removed very professional; from the front counter staff, to the staff who tested my eyes on the different machines, the nurses in the theatre were wonderful and finally to Dr Kent Chow who performed the surgery. Dr Chow explained everything clearly and answered all my (many!) questions very patiently. I would recommend Dr Kent Chow.

   A big thank you to Dr Kent Chow for his specialist care to the situation of my eye. I had been through a stressful time in my life that most likely caused the issue with my eyesight, as this has happened once before. Dr Kent gave me the reassurance that this will resolve itself with less stress in my life and gave a plan B just in case in which I didn’t need thankfully. I highly recommend Dr Kent, his caring personable approach is very soothing and reassuring.

   I was very well looked after at all stages of the process. The desk staff and nurses were friendly and efficient. As for the surgery it was scary of course, but there was no pain and Dr. Chow was very relaxed and kept me informed of what was happening. I am very glad that I had the surgery and am enjoying the improvement in my vision.
