I took advantage of the AA membership benefit of a free eye exam. Friendly professional service from the staff I dealt with. I came away confident that my vision and eye health had been well accessed.
Exceptional customer service from both the optometrist and floor staff. In particular, Pia was incredibly empathetic and helpful when helping me to choose frames. Overall very friendly staff and great service.
I'd love to take a moment to celebrate my experience at Specsavers Tauranga. Their service was great, their optometrists were friendly, professional, and well-informed. They offered me products without being overly pushy, and helped me find a great deal. TYhe optometrist I deal with during my eye exam was particularly kind & patient (new glasses wearer, complete rookie here!).
From the moment I stepped through the door at Specsavers Devonport Road I was extremely well looked after; from the friendly receptionist, Andrew the kind and knowledgeable optometrist, then the last lovely lady (which must have had the patience of a saint) that helped me choose new sets of glasses. Beyond 5 star customer service! I look forward to my next visit
Shocking service if anything goes wrong. expect to be ignored by the staff and trown around like a ping pong if you dare to return and question something about your prescription. No response till today from the admin team 3 months later. Cheap $10 glasses from the chemist works much better and painfree compared to my $400 glasses made here.
Always made to feel like Iβm welcome and they remember who I am, even though my visits to the shop are infrequent.
Store with reasonably priced EyeExam (with GoldCard), expensive glasses, and poor parking/access in downtown Tauranga. Excellent professional Optometrist. Thanks
Max and his team are just fantastic. Eva was very professional and made me feel very relaxed and explained my concerns with me so I understood exactly what is happening with my sight. They're a great place to go to.
