“We are french visiting Mount Maunganui and rent this seaview luxury appartment. We really enjoyed the comfort, the sea view, the included swimming pool and to be closed to hot pools for massage, to the trail on Mount Maunganui, the restaurants and bars. The building is located between the Bay of Plenty and the Pilot Bay. Our host Shelley was a very careness person and clear in her explanations.”

“Super clean and spacious. I stayed in a studio & it had its own private patio out back. The thermal pool was great, the grounds are immaculate. Really friendly and accomadating hosts. Carpark is right in front of your room and the wait for uber to location is not super long (less than 10min when not peak). Would stay again.”

“The highlight of our stay was having Jassi as our concierge, so welcoming and loving. Went above and beyond for us when I lost my wallet and truly gave MANAAKITANGA that is rare in congested tourist places. Location was amazing, rooms were spacious. “A very convenient location opposite Gate Pa shopping center in Tauranga, the staff was really helpful, and friendly. They even went to the extent of accommodating my son for no extra cost even though his booking wasn't there, as he turned up last minute to attend the Jazz festival. The place is a bit old, but the location is just so convenient. Would definitely stay there again..”

“Highly recommend this property. We were a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) + 2 Grandparents. We found the communication and response to be excellent. Walked into a clean, comfortable and modern accomodation which had a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs for our family and upstairs for the grandparents. Practical to have a washing machine and dryer to keep up with busy children but the heated rooftop pool was the best, we all enjoyed the views of the ocean and Mt Maunganui-handy to shops, dairy, beach and eateries. We most certainly will be booking this little treasure again! Thank you Helen and Shelley for being responsive with our booking and helpful during our stay, we really appreciate it.”

“The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”

“Had a light lunch of three "shared" options. Everything was tasty and I felt good value. Coffee was good but only one cup size option. Service was excellent, some could argue saying the free water could have arrived faster. I give it a 5 as we will go back.”
