We had a fantastic stay, was very impressed how the bbq area was kept so clean and very easy to use, was nice to be able to have a bbq during the summer highly recommended. Our room was also very clean and had no problems trying to find what we needed. βΊοΈ
Great location for our travel purposes, clean tidy and comfy beds.
It's a lovely clean hotel, it's a true 70s error. But had everything we needed and required, slepted very well. The hot pool was great
Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and easy parking. The only issue I had was that there was no manual lock on the door. As a woman traveling alone this felt very unsafe.
Good old fashioned accommodation, the bathrooms definitely do with an upgrade to more modern facilities but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable which was was important to us. Poor heating. We arrived late in the evening on a cold winter night and the flat was not pre-heated. With the small electric heater provided, it took all night to warm up the flat. Convenient distance to Grace Hospital.
This accomodation was spot on! We could not fault it. Clean, warm & quiet. It had everything you need. Extremely clean! Especially good as we were traveling with kids. We are fussy but this place was better than some of the reviews and the photos make it look less that it is.
The new hotel owner/manager was awesome and she really made sure we were all comfortable, we were up there for our aunties funeral and she gave us a last minute room and catered to our needs to which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, warm, clean and fresh! Had that home comfortability feel to the place as well! The on location parking added that extra security and safety for our cars also. 100% recommend staying here! Plus that heated mineral pool was a much needed relax time after the unfortunate week we'd had, will be booking here for all future stays if we're ever in the Tauranga/Mt area again xxxx NgΔ mini nui from the kelly-kapi whΔnau
The perfect motel for my overnight stay. Very clean and large sized room, new carpet, bathroom vanity and kitchen space. They also had Sky Sport! Ravi at reception was also super helpful in showing me around the complex and all its amenities. Will be staying here when back in the area!
