“Was very lucky to get our van checked over for a service from Midas in Tauranga, unfortunately didn’t get the name of the team that dealt with us and the van, but they clearly explained everything, gave great advice and were very friendly and understanding throughout. After getting a very high quote from another garage, they advised on what did need fixing at a good fair price. “A big thanks to Monique and the Service Manager at Pacific Toyota Bayfair. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”
